Marketplace role
The final terms should distinguish HealthcareSave’s marketplace and information role from the independent services of healthcare providers, clinicians, pharmacies, international providers, sellers, and other partners.
Pricing, purchases, and refunds
Final terms must define offer validity, inclusions, exclusions, payment ownership, scheduling, cancellations, refunds, disputes, taxes, and what happens when a provider cannot deliver the purchased service.
Medical and clinical limitations
HealthcareSave should not be presented as providing diagnosis, emergency services, medical advice, or a prescription. Clinical decisions belong to licensed professionals.
Accounts and acceptable use
Final terms should cover eligibility, account security, accurate information, prohibited use, intellectual property, communications, suspension, termination, and changes to the platform.
Disputes and liability
Final language should be written for the company’s actual legal entity, governing law, dispute process, warranties, limitations, indemnity, and verified contact information.
